We are looking for a passionate, digital driven Brand Specialist responsible for marketing several A-brands in our supplier portfolio. You will develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to drive sales for FMCG A-brand owners. In doing so, you maintain brand consistency in all forms of marketing on behalf of our A-brand partners. 

About you 
Analytical and strategic thinking, project management and stakeholder management are critical success factors for this position. You have the ability to translate business objectives & market insights into marketing plans with your creative, innovative and strategic mindset. As a digital native and multi-tasker, you can kick-start brand activation and develop customer loyalty for a diversity of A-brands.

What will be your main responsibilities? 
You manage brand operations globally to ensure market-leading excellence in execution towards brand owners, consumer, shopper and customer an a given portfolio of brands. You develop and implement the brand strategy in alignment with the corporate marketing strategy of B&S which means: 

  • Being accountable for developing and deploying the annual Brand Strategy per brand and country 
  • Being responsible to ensure perfect instore activation 
  • Owning the brand activity calendar  
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and performance reports to the sales and digital teams, brands and customers/distributors 

Further responsibilities: 

  • Being responsible for the ATL and BTL budget 
  • Monitor the market insights
  • Ensure high quality of local adaptation for consumer and shopper marketing materials
  • Working in close collaboration with brand owners, marketing and commercial teams

Skills and Background:

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies, product management or brand marketing, preferably gained in FMCG  
  • Ambitious, eager and result driven
  • Experienced in online and social media marketing 
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and forge internal/external collaboration
