About you

You have gained a few years of commercial experience and you are eager to take the next step in your career. You’re looking for a position where you can realize all your ambitions and where you can grow. The international market has no surprises for you, you’ve built a large international network. Your friends describe you as a networker. You’re good at building and maintaining relationships. Due to your fierce personality, you’re a solid discussion partner for your clients, but you also operate as an internal sparring partner for your colleagues. You are creative in coming up with solutions and you are always looking for opportunities and new entrances with customers. This market requires patience, luckily you are driven and determined to go the extra mile. In addition, you work in a structured manner and you always maintain an overview. You register every moment of contact with the customer in our system, so that you can always resort to the system. The digital mindset is an important pillar within our organization. With so many contacts, this is very important!

Your main responsibilities as an International Sales Manager Beauty

The market is certainly not standard and not "straightforward" sales. You sell distinctive licensed products such as perfumes from well-known A-brands, in particular to drugstores and perfumeries. Besides this, you also sell loyalty programs, an all-in concept, to international petrol stations and retailers for example. You’re constantly looking for new markets for both new and existing products. In this position, you’re in contact with major international retailers on a daily basis. Our products are sold worldwide, the world is our playing field. So there are plenty of challenges! You think along with the organization on a tactical level. How can we make new Brands more well known, and how can we improve the positioning of our existing brands and concepts? These are the types of questions you will deal with. 

Our organization is ambitious and focused on growth. You embrace the thought of data and IT systems making life easier. In order to generate as much business as possible from both new and existing customers, you gather and analyze the necessary market information. You are responsible for setting up your own agenda and you are given complete freedom in this. As long as you make it happen! It is important to switch quickly and to stay on top of the business. You always want to be the first and the best!

Skills and background

  • You have a Bachelor or University degree.
  • 3-5 years of commercial experience and limitless ambitions.
  • Experience in the retail world is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English. Mastery of a third world language is a plus.
