Job description

The opportunities are endless. But what opportunities to pursue and how? Firstly, you need to have a strong understanding of the customer needs in our markets in order to identify opportunities. With this knowledge and the support of our Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, you're able to get brands on board with solid plans. Secondly, together with your team, you're able to translate our business strategy into a procurement strategy for our leading brands. You will implement this strategy and turn plans into KPIs, which subsequently form the basis for the purchasing requirements. Quality and cost of ownership are central in this respect. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and extending long-term partnerships. And, last but not least, you will closely follow market and product developments, interpret signals to identify new opportunities, anticipate price developments and respond to economic influences. What is your background?

  • 3-5 years of commercial and in the A-brand industry.
  • Higher vocational education (HBO) or higher.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have strong analytical skills, are able to collect information easily and make connections quickly.
  • You're full of energy.
  • You have good social and communication skills. You're able to get everyone on the same page and build long-term relationships.
  • You have excellent written and oral English communication skills.
