You get energy from being in contact with other people and your communication skills are excellent. Every interview and every conversation is different, and so are all the candidates. You know how to identify what really drives someone and translate this into a match with one of our vacancies. Additionally, you are known for your structured and cohesive way of working. Our organization is currently going through a transformation phase, where Recruitment is becoming a centralized department for the entire B&S Group. Helping to structure this new department, improve our processes and bring our Recruitment activities to the next level is something that you like to do.
Your main responsibilities as a Senior Corporate Recruiter
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at B&S Group, you will take full ownership of one of our business segments: Commerce. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from the first intake with the hiring manager, to managing the entire interviewing process and coordinating the offer. End to end recruitment it is. Our commercial business knows a wide variety of vacancies. This means that you will be in contact with all types of candidates; from experienced Sales managers to trainees who are looking for their first job. Hence, enough diversity in your area. Central to this position is your close cooperation with our HR Business Partners and hiring managers. Together with them, you discuss the recruitment needs and translate these into actual plans and strategies.
As Senior Recruiter you’re closely involved in setting up our central Recruitment Department. In terms of policies, processes and implementation. Besides that, projects will also be part of the job, projects such as: employer branding, job boards and data driven recruiting to bring our talent acquisition to the next level!
Skills and background
- You have a Bachelor’s degree;
- Around 7 years of experience in the field of Recruitment, at least 3 years as Corporate Recruiter, a plus is experienced with structuring a Recruitment department;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and preferably German.

Our Recruitment team
Our Recruitment department is responsible for all recruitment activities within the B&S Group. Together with your recruitment colleagues, located at different locations, you see it as a challenge every day to find the best talent for our (international) teams. Your daily workplace will be our office in Dordrecht, where the HR team of our division is located. The team consists of five highly educated, young and ambitious people. Every day they take on the challenge of realizing our (growth) ambitions and with happy employees.
