As Teamleader Sales Back Office you will be responsible for the daily coordination of our Back Office department. This department covers the complete workflow from order entry to after-sales and support and focuses mainly on B2B. Your goal and responsibility is to bring the customer service to the next level and to ensure customer satisfaction. The world of coaching and planning is your stage and you know exactly how to lead and build a team.

What are the responsibilities as a Sales Back Office Teamleader?

  • Day-to-day coordination and guidance of your team members, with 10-12 FTE.
  • Coaching team members.
  • Our customer care KPI’S
  • Setting targets and implement guidelines.
  • Ensuring a high-standard of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Monitoring progress towards goals.
  • Reporting the results to management.
  • Work closely with Purchase, Finance, Logistics to achieve our targets and maintain customer satisfaction 

Skills and background

  • You have a Bachelor Degree.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience in customer care, order-entry and aftersales. Preferably in a B2B Food or Logistics company.
